There is a vast range of leisure facilities in the Biggesee-Listersee nature area with the extensive forests of the Ebbe mountains. Whether you wish to hike, cycle, swim or merely relax – there are options for all seasons!
The joint body of the Biggesee-Listersee tourist office was established to promote its own tourist region. It consists of the communities of the Attendorn, Drolshagen, Meinerzhagen and Olpe lakes and the municipality of Wenden.
The region also offers a perfect infrastructure for cycling. In addition to the typically undulating Sauerland landscape with hills, woods and valleys, you will also find deserted streets and challenging trails offering optimal conditions. The Bigge-Lister cycle ring splits into a high-altitude route and a lake route.
Hikers have the option of exploring the Biggesee-Listersee scenery with some level paths that extend directly along the lake and some more challenging paths at altitude.
