For us, baking still means pure manual work and so we take time for original, artisanal production methods!
In our bakery, we only use natural sourdough to make bread, and we prefer a long dough for our wheat doughs and stollen. In order to provide you with the well-known, daily quality, we only use the very best raw materials for baking and thus achieve a special enjoyment and health value - quality that you can see, smell and above all, of course, taste.
It goes without saying that we attach great importance to hygiene and regularly take part in quality controls: it is the little secrets that are not listed in the ingredients, the craftsmanship and the experience that has matured over generations that we owe our numerous awards for the outstanding quality of our products to.
