Two valleys are the focus of this tour: the Bigge and Repetal valleys. The route is completely flat for a few kilometers along the Biggerandweg and later along the Ahauser Stausee reservoir. Parts of the reservoir, but especially the steep limestone cliffs rising out of the lake, are designated as a nature reserve.

You reach Finnentrop via Heggen. A ramp provides barrier-free access to the bridge and the adjoining "Lennebalkon". There you hover at a height of approx. 5 meters above the Lennepark.

For a short distance, you now cycle on the SauerlandRadring to Borghausen. Here you cross the railroad tracks. The route continues for a few kilometers through the romantic Repetal via Helden and Niederhelden to reach the Biggesee again. Following the lakeside cycle path, you should not miss the detour to the Aussichtsplattform Biggeblick in Waldenburg Bay, which offers a wonderful view over the lake, before completing the loop in Attendorn.
