RuHe trail (around Helden in the Repetal)
The "RuHe-Pfad - Rund um Helden" theme trail is located in the upper Repetal, near the Hanseatic town of Attendorn. The main loop is a good 14 km long. In addition to six entry stations, the trail offers 18 themed stations that focus on the overarching theme of "tranquillity" from a variety of perspectives.

Difficulty
You should take plenty of time to enjoy the RuHe Trail, the RuHe stations and the many themed stations. The trail sign, the "RuHe-Pfad snail", points the way throughout.
The walking time on the main loop is approx. 3:30 hours.
The RuHe Trail also offers two themed loops connected to the main trail called "Mariengrotte" (approx. 1.8 km) and "Biotope" (approx. 5.8 km).
